Edwin demonstrated excellent customer service and courtesy. He spent significant time working with us to help us choose the model that fit our needs, and after our selection and payment, he carefully wrapped the unit for pick up and transfer. It arrived safely and we are thrilled to have a good quality washing machine that will last many years to come.

Edwin was terrific! He sent out a repair man the same day. Unfortunately our washer was past its due date (10yrs old) and he had a great used one in stock for our budget. The same day he came at dark, in the rain and delivered professionally. We had a Christmas party and he did his thing. In and out, very professional. We have 5 kids so we are so grateful!!

We are amazed at how quickly we purchased and received our fridge and w/d set! Edwin was extremely friendly, professional and knowledgeable about his products. He personally delivered them same day after purchasing in the morning. You can tell he values integrity and a strong work ethic. Appliances are working great and we are so happy we went with Best Appliances after shopping around! Thank you Edwin!
